OMEGA ART DECO, Cal 26.5 SOB T2

A super-rare -30's Omega Art Deco gentlemens watch in original condition.

Aprox. 90 years old and still with the original hands and winding crown. Fantastic dial, beautifully aged. The staybrite case is stil unpolished and shows some of the original gloss.

The movement is totally restored / rebuild in our workshop to mechanical perfection, runs as new!

The watch is a perfect example of the change in style during the -30's, from pillow shaped cases towards more designed stainless steel cases, here with a fantastic edged case which connets to rectangular watches from the time to the more modern with larger round dials.

Case & condition: 3 piece stainless staybrite steel in good original condition. Unpolished.

Movement caliber/number: 26.5 SOB T2, no: 8 994 579 (1934-1936)

Movement visually condition: Very good with some aging on the plate and bridges.

Crystal: NOS facetted mineral low dome crystal.

Crown: OMEGA original to the watch.

Dial: OMEGA original to the watch.

Hands: Blued steel hands, all three original to the watch.
